How do I enroll my child?

Please create an account in our parent portal.  Once you create an account, you will be able to select the class for your child's age and location.  Or, just let us know and we can help with the enrollment process!

How do I pay my child's tuition?

Tuition is posted monthly or by session.  You are able to pay your bill online each month by creating a Parent Account.  Once you create the account, you may choose auto-pay for your convenience.  

How often do I pay the registration fee?

The registration fee is paid at your child's initial registration and once again annually in September of each year.    

How long does the program last?

Many of our locations offer classes year round.  Summer programming (July and August) may vary depending on location. 

What is the cancellation policy?

We are sorry to see you go but know that everyone must move on at some point.  Please email us as soon as possible and before the first of the month if you wish to cancel.  Please include your child's name and school location, the date of desired drop, and a brief reason for dropping the class (moving, scheduling, budget, trying other enrichment, not happy with they quality of the program, other).  We will confirm the cancellation and cease any auto-pay immediately for the following month.  No refund will be given for a cancellation made after the first of the month.  Registration fees are non-refundable.

Can I watch class?

Parents are always welcomed in class.  Please keep in mind that children will react differently to an "audience".  Some may suddenly become very shy.  Some may not want to leave their parents side.  If you are unsure how your child might react, check with their Kinderdance® teacher first.

Is dancewear required?

We will not turn anyone away if they do not have dancewear.  However, the children are able to participate more effectively with the proper clothing.  Tap dancing is much more enjoyable in tap shoes!

Do I have to order dancewear through Kinderdance® ? 

The Kinderdance® Boutique offers quality dancewear at a reasonable price and we deliver to your child's school!  But, you are welcomed to shop wherever you like.
