 Policies

  • Email:  Email is our primary mode of communication with our families.  Please make certain we have an updated and accurate email address that is regularly monitored.  

  • Tuition:  All tuition payments are due by the first lesson of the month. Tuitions not paid on or before the first class of each month will be subject to a late charge unless prior arrangements have been made with Kinderdance®.  

    • No refunds or reductions in tuition will be given for missed lessons, holidays, or natural disasters e.g. snow days.

    • All tuitions are based on an average of four (4) lessons per month. Months with five lessons are considered to balance those months with three lessons (i.e., those with holidays).

  • Payment:  Tuition is posted monthly or by session.  We request payment be made online.  You are able to pay your bill online each month by creating a Parent Account.  Once you create the account, you may choose auto-pay for your convenience.  Payment can also be made by check or money order at some locations. All checks and money orders made payable to Kinderdance®. We do not recommend and will not be liable for cash payments.

  • Minimum Enrollment:  A minimum enrollment of five (4) students is required for a class to be scheduled. We reserve the right to cancel classes if a minimum enrollment is not maintained.

  • Proper Attire:  We will not turn anyone away if they do not have dancewear.  However, children are able to participate more effectively and have a positive and safe learning experience with proper clothing they can move and stretch in.  Tap and ballet shoes are required for Kinderdance and Kindercombo.  

  • Cancellation Policy:  We are sorry to see you go but know that everyone must move on at some point.  Please email us as soon as possible and before the first of the month if you wish to cancel.  Please include your child's name and school location, the date of desired drop, and a brief reason for dropping the class (moving, scheduling, budget, trying other enrichment, not happy with they quality of the program, other).  We will confirm the cancellation and cease any auto-pay immediately for the following month.  No refund will be given for a cancellation made after the first of the month.  Registration fees are non-refundable.
